"Business Law" has always intrigued me, from the formation of a business concept through mergers, acquisitions, and encompassing the eventual closing or sale of a business entity.  I have experience in corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships, limilted liability compannies, limited liability partnerships, and joint ventures, and sole proprietorships.  In representing your business, I understand the anticipation, pressure, problesm and rewards that come with the territory as they conceive and pursue their dream of starting a new company or expanding an existing business.
